I travel for work and checked up on my rebate I had not received back from around Christmas, when I clicked on the link I received via e-mail the staus was UPC code missing. When sending in rebates I always make copies and affix the UPC code to the rebate form, this is the second time I have had problems with a Logitech rebate................makes me think never again! I have a copy of the rebate form I sent in along with the UPC code what can be done about this?
I had given up hope until I found this forum.

I also submitted a rebate for the V320 cordless optical mouse from Office Depot and received an invalid status for a Missing Purchase date. I double checked my submission paperwork and verified that I sent the correct material (just as I thought). I resubmitted the required information again to the following address last month:

I just checked my status and it is still showing the following status below. What a scam!! Can you imagine how many people out there had a so called invalid submission and never bothered to follow up because they didn't have the patience or time to get their $25 back? That adds up to a lot of money for Logitech. I, on the other hand, am really busy and don't have the time for this nonsense either, but I am going to make sure I get my money back. Common Logitech, hand over the cash!!
