Edna,
I sent a PM a few days ago. Can you acknowledge that you have seen my rebate submission issue so that I at least know someone is aware of the problem before I start writing letters and filing reports?
Thank you.
Robert.
EDIT: Edna has been very responsive and helpful regarding the rebate issues. Thank you!

I have the same rebate problem. I bought a QuickCam Pro 9000 from buy.com. My order arrived in a few days. On the next day (11/20/2008), I submitted the rebate from, original UPC, print of online order receipt, and packing slip to Dept. 113980, Logitech Rebates, P.O. Box 52900, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2900. As I didn't hear anything from Logitech by later December, I made a call to 1-877-755-3837 on Dec. 26, 2008. I was told that it was not received and was asked to send it again to P.O. Box 028516, Miami, FL 33102-8516. I sent it again on the same day (Dec. 26, 2008). So far, I didn't hear anything.
Is Logitech playing the mail lost game with its customers? I think so!!! It can ALWAYS say the mail got lost. I have already spend two stamps on it and will not do it any more. A hard lesson from this is to be cautious to buy anything from Logitech in the future.

I have been a victim of this as well. "Missing UPC Code" is the standard message we get. Logitech **bleep**. And for poor souls who have not made or lost their copy of the UPC barcode are doomed. Sad state of a reputed company.

And the CSR says they will not accept copies of the UPC code.

I purchased a Logitech Webcam Pro 900 from BHphoto.com. I carefully put both the original receipt and UPC in the envelope and sent back immediately. They sent me an email regarding the rebate status which says says that it is invalid due to missing UPC or purchase location. I am 100% sure this is not true. I agree that this is totally unacceptable. No more Logitech products for me.

Seems these Logitech rebate scams just keep coming...
I bought a Logitech cordless mouse that had a $10 rebate. Filled in the form exactly as requested, sent all required documentation, etc...
Then I got apostcard saying my rebate had been rejected as "invalid" due to "Missing purchase date" - the form that I had to fill in does not even HAVE a "purchase date" field, so how the heck can my rebate be denied because of missing oinfo, when that info was never requested.
This is utterly ridiculous.

Just had my rebate rejected due to missing UPC code. However I'd love for them to take a look at the cut up MX518 box I now have sitting here with no more UPC codes for me to submit. The only reason I bought it was so I could utilize the rebate. I am totally screwed now because I can't return it with the UPC code missing, and believe me I'd love to return it right now. While it's a good mouse I'm not going to reward a company with my money if they or their partners have shady practices regarding rebates.
I opened a support ticket but I'm posting my information here too:
| Rebate: | Variable Reward Check |
| Rebate Information For: | XXXXX |
| Promotion: | Up to $20 Mail in Rebate with Purchase of Select Logitech Products at Micro Center |
| Submission Type: | MAIL-IN |
| Date Received: | 02-10-2010 |
| Status Detail: | Invalid. |
| Invalid Reason: | Logitech MX 518 Mouse Missing UPC |

This is a total scam, i was denied for the same thing. I will not let this go. As recommended by people who know these things are scam i videoed my submission while reading the rebate submission form and showing each item that was properly submitted. I also got "INVALID UPC".
