I purchased the Premium USB Headest 350 a couple weeks ago. It works great on my pc and on my ps3. The only problem I've had with it so far is when I try to play Dungeon and Dragons Online. The mic won't work in the game. I set it all up in the game to use the headset. Windows shows it working and it does work when I test it. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Since the headset works in other applications, it is probably settings in D and D that need to be fixed.

Well I enabled it in the game. But when I do a mic test in the game, it'll show the mic isn't picking up sound. Maybe I should take this to their forums, thanks for your help anyways.

I have this model too, it works fine on my XP Pc but not on Vista. Updated driver needed? The product packagesays it works with Vista, but that seems to be False!

Hi,

It works fine for 100,000 other people with Vista. I would say it is you OS install.

I have the same problem in Windows 7 with Microsoft Flight Simulator X. I can hear myself through the headset speakers which should not be happening. I have set it as the default device for my system and in MS FSX and I have used it as a device I have to turn on in Win 7 and MS FSX, didn't make a difference. I can hear myself, and I can hear others but they cannot hear me. There's nothing else left to do.

Also when out on the desktop and looking at the meter for the volume control you get bars that light up when you click on something and get a system sound, blow or talk into the mike, no bars. Tried recording myself, nothing So the problem isn't going to with MS FSX. Maybe this setup doesn't work with Win 7 correctly?
