Internet Headsets + Phones

hello, i picked up one of these today, and ive charged the headset for over 10 hours, but i cannot get it to turn on i hold the multifunction key for over 20 seconds with no lights, am i doing something wrong? or is my headset defective?

I bought mine yesterday and I have exactly the same problem. Charged it until the red light went off (a bit more than three hours), but I can't turn it on. Any help or tip on what might cause this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. So far I've been very discouraged by the lack of Logitech's support.I've always been a big fan of Logitech, but now that I've had to deal with their support I'm starting to think my money is better spent else where.

This product is End of Life. It is not supported in Windows 7. There are no new drivers or software and no development is forseen.
