Do Logitech Customer Support ever respond?

I contacted Logitech Customer Support via their website on 17th November about a hardware problem with my keyboard. They replied on the same day requesting photographs which were provided the next day. Since then despite several reminders I cannot get any response of any sort at all out of them. Is this nnormal?

 

Their e-mail says if no customer response in 120 hours then they assume the matter is closed. A clear double standard as it is nearly double this and no reply from them.

 

This rather puts me off buying any other Logitech products.
