Logitech,
I am having this exact same issue on OSX 10.6.1 running safari 4.0.3.
This bug appeared right after i installed the Logitech Control Center Software 3.1.
Please fix this issue. It is extremely annoying and affects the usage of Safari which is probably the most frequently used application for OSX users.

It's downright ridiculous that Logitech took so long to support Snow Leopard in the first place, and the solution causes an extremely annoying bug for the primary web browser. You guys are going to have to do better than this.

Same here and it seems Logitech is not even bothering to take any action to try and fix this problem.
