Hello
Today, my Logitech laser mouse start doing the same thing, but solution for this problem is very simple.
Just use pressure air or delicate (silk) material to clean up laser lens (small hole on the bottom of your device)
I found small dust on that lens and after i cleaned it up, my mouse works perfectly ![]()
Hope it helps!

Hi, would just like to say that my VX Nano had the exact same blinking green light problem and no response whatsoever (button clicks, movement, etc...) But after following adamjn's steps (cleaning the laser lens with a air+brush cleaning tool), it works fine now - even without Setpoint. Strange but true...
