All other functionality works fine. When I push "timer" button as in the manual, LCD still shows --:-- (no number). Other main buttons like "next/previous slide", "laser pointer", so I'm still using it. But it is also important function to keep informing me the remaining time.

#1. push "timer" once or hold upto 2 seconds, LCD never changes.

#2. push reset button 2 seconds, nothing happens.

#3. plug out/in battery, still same.

How can I fix it? Is it just hardware problem that only "timer" function is broken?

I am using the presenter with Windows XP professional and Office 2007. Timer doesn't work for me either. I tried the instrutions mentioned in the earlier post.

I just got one fro  Amazon, the timer isn't working as the first POST said. If no one answers us, I will return the product, buy one from other company. The product likley is reviewed with the mention that timer isn't working.
