**UPDATE**

At this point, since *all* of the current model Logitech cameras are UVC compliant, there should few (if any) new posts showing up in this particular section of the forum.

To help you decide where to post, please ask yourself the following question -

Question: Does the problem occur when the camera is unplugged?

  • Yes - You should post (your question) to this section.
  • No  - You should probably post (your question) elsewhere.

Please also reference this thread for more information.

Thanks.

Please post all topics having to do with an Instant Messenger program to the Webcam - IM Clients & Services forum. This includes all questions pertaining to the Logitech VideoCall service as well.

Please read FAQ #905 before posting.

Also, please read this thread for more information about IM's and networking issues before posting.

All of the problems that you *may* encounter are associated with the IM program* in use...they are not Logitech Software problems...so please do not post your topic to that forum.

Only post problems associated with the Logitech QuickCam Software itself to the Webcam - Software forum.

Thanks.

(*Note* - I'm also including here any other "networking components" such as firewalls, routers, "security center" issues, ISP issues, etc...).
