Not sure if this will work...but worth a try..I switched to WMP11 but used to fool around when I had itunes problems with Vista...
Search for Mediaplayers.xml - typically will be there under "documents and settings" folder for your logon name.
Take a back up of this file.
edit using notepad or wordpad
Search for iTunes
There will be a version number specified..Change to 8.x or whatever the itunes ver number.
Save it.
Start Streampoint again. Check if itunes is displayed in one of the options in the Streampoint settings.
If it does not work..well..time to sell it in ebay or downgrade itunes..i guess..
